As part of the teaching team, Lauren lectures on leadership and Pentecostal theology modules, and loves to encourage plenty of student engagement in her classes. She has a particular interest in power dynamics in Christian leadership, ensuring both healthy leadership and followership. Lauren also supports the guest lecturers we welcome into College and works with them to review and develop the teaching curriculum.
