PRESIDENT & NATIONAL LEADER OF AoG GB
Glyn Barrett is a pastor, international speaker, leader, and author whose preaching, inspirational teaching, and engaging storytelling continue to challenge and inspire people of all generations around the world.
Glyn serves as the National Leader of Assemblies of God Great Britain, the Chair of Empowered21 for Europe, and the Global Church Planting Chair for Assemblies of God. He is passionate about seeing leaders and pastors break through barriers and ceilings, resulting in souls saved and thriving churches. Glyn is a strong advocate for church planting and empowering the next generation of leaders, and he regularly speaks at conferences and churches worldwide.
Committed to personal growth and lifelong learning, Glyn holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Doctorate in Leadership and Global Perspectives.

CHAIR OF MISSIO DEI
Grayson Jones graduated from Mattersey Bible College in 1991. He was the senior leader at Darton, Barnsley for 11 years until he left in 2001. He and his wife Del, took over the leadership of Doncaster Pentecostal Church in July 2002 and have since transformed the church into what is now known as Legacy Church. Over the past 21 years the church has seen significant growth and they have also planted a location in Swansea.
Grayson has been involved in various roles within AOGGB over the past 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team.

PRINCIPAL & LECTURER
Lilly Brightwell is our college Principal and oversees Leadership Development and Pastoral Care. With a passion for theological education, she lectures in Pentecostal Theology, the Gospels and Christian Leadership, and is dedicated to the spiritual enrichment of others, through both the Word and work of the Holy Spirit. Along with the rest of the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees and promotes the whole Missio Dei experience, engaging with scholars, pastors and leaders around the UK.

VICE PRINCIPAL & LECTURER
Mark is the Vice-Principal (Academic) at Missio Dei, which involves overseeing various aspects of academic life. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, he is involved in programme development and delivery, ensuring that courses are aligned with the standards expected for all Higher Education programmes. Mark also lectures on UG and PG courses, particularly specialising in Paul’s Letters. His PhD looked at subversive leadership in Paul, addressing issues of power and authority within Paul’s world, as well as implications for leadership within contemporary church contexts.

VICE-PRINCIPAL, LECTURER NEW TESTAMENT
Glenn serves in two main roles: as Theologian in Residence for AoG GB, and as Vice Principal (Theology) at Missio Dei College. His main passion is to teach God’s Word to God’s people. He has a particular interest in the biblical languages, and is currently also involved in a number of Bible translation projects. His wider teaching ministry covers a range of churches and other training and academic settings.

ACADEMIC MANAGER
Jonathan is the Missio Dei Academic Manager, and his role involves ensuring our compliance with external regulatory bodies, as well as analysing data on their performance. He provides guidance and advice to students on academic matters and AI, generally seeking to facilitate a smooth academic process for all.
